[Centos] ISO's and padding once again

not really, this is a problem with the HW, it can potentially affect many
burning programs (cdrecord included, basically all those which don't pad
by default), and most (all?) linux burning programs do make use of
cdrecord, so... it is a big problem.  Furthermore this solution doesn't 
break it for anyone (except for having to download 300KB more worth of 
zeroes... but 300KB on a 700MB file is pretty much nothing anyway 
(0.042%)...)

It won't affect anything adversly, it will just make stuff work better for 
all those for whom it used to not work...
