[Centos] Building a new version of CentOS4

Hello there,

Is there a simple way to create (or modify) an ISO image of CentOS Discs,
with the updates ?
What I plan to do, is to gather the updates, include it into my new Iso file
and burn another CD...

Is there some tricks ??? :-)
