[Centos] Centos-4 install problem (xorg-x11-tools)

Everytime I try to install in vmware 4.5 I get the following error:

The package xorg-x11-tools-6.8.1-23.EL cannot be opened. This is due to
a missing file or perhaps a corrupt package. If you are installing from
CD media this usually means the CD media is corrupt, or the CD drive is
unable to read the media.

This package is on CD 2, and I have downloaded 2 different copies,
burned 3 different CD's and I still get the same error everytime. The
MD5sum checks out on both iso's.

Not sure if it's a issue with VMware or not, but I have many other OS's
installed with no problems.

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
