Do you have Wireplumber installed? It controls Pipewire's policy
configuration. There's a language and a series of configuration files
that you can modify. As I haven't needed to do this (my configuration
works as is, even when I connect additional audio devices), I am not in
a position to offer detailed guidance. You can, however, search the Web
for configuration details.
