Thank you: Actually what happened, I rip alot of news-programming from streams. 
I was in the process of converting from dot aac to .m4a. I thought they were 
all done, so I used a wild-card to nuke these files which I thought were 
already converted. So, based on what I wanted to do, even if I had an 
interactive prompt, I still may have gone ahead. Later I will send a separate 
thank you note for the solutions of Jude-and-Tim.
