The reddit platform is older than twitter and has been accessible for quite a long time. Android users can get and use red reader which so far as I know is the best of the reddit clients especially once the accessibility option in the app gets enabled. I don't know what's available on windows since the last time I used windows was 10 years ago and that use wasn't successful. For linux there's the tuir client that can be installed with pip3 pip3 install tuir. That's a command line interface client I think that can run in a terminal too.
