I'm on twitter with an account so I asked the oysttyer people about their project status. Something on one of their web pages claimed to have been unmuzzled by twitter. No date on that post so don't know if that happened after that article that generated all of the traffic on this list. If I get an answer, I have a download link for oysttyer.pl so anything that can run perl may be able to run this. It may need to be made executable to run first.
