I have found some links

You need first to disable Secure Boot as indicated here:
https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1044664

Then if you are lucky the machine will boot directly off the USB stick and the
installer will start.

Else, you will need to change the boot order from the BIOS
How to boot the system from USB flash drive/CD-ROM

or from Windows (not sure about that):
How to enter the BIOS configuration
https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1008829

You will need a sighted help, I think.
