While this is probably been a most vigorous discussion in the history of this list, I would suppose we would seemingly need to drag an Amazon employee over here to interact with us. But also, in general unless a programmer is in the same room with a screen-reader user, they may not have a concept of what is required. The last time, a couple of years ago, I worked with an Amazon employee on the Access phone number. After an hour pluss, when she realized it was completely impossible for me to complete my order, she not only placed it, but waved shipping, so I ended up getting a $50 perfume for free. Sure, these days one of our Linux experts, who's writing me software will help me with Amazon-and-E-Bay, as well as PayPal, all similar trouble spots.
