arno-iptables-firewall is a good choice since a G.U.I. is not required to
set it up and administer it. Many debian firewall offerings require

The short answer sould be man iptables.
There is a command iptables which is used to do complecated and or simple
stuff.
Or use a firewall that can be configured via a config file. I use
arno-iptables-firewall on all my Debian systems without any problems.
