well I'm an old slackware user, but I am happy to report I got Orka
talking on my other machine, but I haven't yet learned how to look at
the rest of the gnome desktop.  I'll have to study using Orca more, but
I don't have the disk space to install this so I'm running it as a live
Cd.
thanks again and if I have questions, I'll post them.
