Hello! I have never got the speech to work in orca. I had a little success with their experimental version. The volume was very low and the sound was scratchy. I had to plug in headphones to hear it. It may be a problem with the sound driver for this laptop. If you want to try it, look at this URL, but remember it is experimental software that they build every day.
