This is how I have it set up. I still haven't gotten any response from
the braille display and I am only getting occasional letters spoken by
the braille lite. It really seems to have something to do with the
serial port on the pc though, because when I echo some stuff >/dev/ttyS3 I see it on the braille lite about 15 seconds later and the computer waits for it to make it. I guess the fact that I am not using the first serial port might have something to do with it, but that one is used by speakup.
