I have been using mpg123 Version 1.5 with good results for a couple of years, but it is starting to show its age, I think. I downloaded an mp3 file from the acbradio.org site and mpg123 says it can't play it. Is there a newer mp3 player under Linux that doesn't require X which I can install? Thank you.
