I can assure you that the message has been deleted and that no further action has been taken. The response was intended to get us off their back by making us think that they might actually be forwarding the information to the product group. I am about 99.9% sure that the product group, whoever they are, will never even hear of this or see the message. Or if they do, they won't act on it, and they will try to justify their actions with a bunch of doubletalk and other bs that means nothing except "we don't care and won't do anything to fix the problem."
