[quoted lines by Lee Maschmeyer on April 11, 2003, at 10:15] >the Braille cursor routing buttons seem to malfunction >often (for example in the options menu) The cursor routing function moves the cursor by simulating arrow-key presses. It doesn't work in lynx, therefore, because the left- and right-arrow keys don't do what they're expected to do. BRLTTY has a vertical cursor routing command which works quite well in lynx. It was designed for just this purpose, i.e. to only use up- and down-arrow key press simulation. Not all drivers support it. If the driver you're using doesn't, then let me know and we can look into adding support for it. >But, come to think of it, I'm not sure how to enter two-digit link >numbers... Use the regular digit keys. As soon as you press any of them, you 'll get a prompt like: Follow link (or goto link or page) number: Finish typing the number (the first digit will already appear at the end of the prompt). Then, if you just press enter, it'll follow that link. If you append a "g" (for goto) to the number then, when you press enter, it'll just go to that link within the current document. If you append a "p" (for page) to the number then it'll go to that page of the current document. -- Dave Mielke | 2213 Fox Crescent | I believe that the Bible is the Phone: 1-613-726-0014 | Ottawa, Ontario | Word of God.
