Hi.

I'm using a subnotebook which is just a little bit larger than the one you describe
in your mail.

JVC MP-XP7210. Specs: 800MHZ pIII, 240MB ram, 30GB disk, 8.6" display, 4h
battery lifetime, 2 x USB, 1 x FireWire, 1 x PCMCIA, 1 x built-in
10/100Mbit network, SD/MMC slot and a built-in 56K modem.  All this
for just below one kilogram of weight.  I combine it with a
HandyTech Braille Star 40, together all its weight is just around
2.5kg, which is very nice for carrying it around.
