INSTALLING LINUX ON AN OLD COMPUTER

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi!
I was thinking of buying a new computer for Linux but dad spoke to someone
when he was at work who uses Linux and he suggested I install Linux on an
older model rather than buy a brand new system.
However the system I could install it on doesn't have a CDWriter unless I
can use it on the older machine.
Could anyone possibly give me any suggestions?
The older system isn't forced to work but it depends on the hardware on it.
