Some info needed

there are many variants of tcl/tk
assuming you want source, just download it from any gnu mirror and have fun.
it's the standard gnu make procedure

./configure
make all
make test

make install

installs in /usr/local unless you change it.

the tk gui is somewhat accessible using win32 xServers like exceed.
it's a pain, but it is mostly usable.

something tells me this isn't what you wanted to know is it?
