Hello, I'm trying to install samba on my Redhat 7.1 or maybe 7.1.5 system. I got the latest Samba-client and samba-common packages from the Redhat site with up2date. There were no error messages. However I can't find the daemons that are mentioned in the samba Howto. When I went to the download site recommended by the howto, the directory names were totally unhelpful. "rpm -q samba" says that the package is not installed, but when I try to install the packages from the 7.1 cd's it says that there are newer versions of the packages already installed.
