yes , i found that RISC-V support is there in AGL , 
I followed the below link,

2. At the below steps 
 $ source meta-agl/scripts/aglsetup.sh -m qemux86-64 agl-demo agl-netboot   
  qemux86-64 ----- > qemuriscv64
  $ bitbake agl-demo-platform
 
I am getting  below errors
