AGL testing run for Marlin M3

Hello everyone,

Overall summary: mostly working

Audio works locally and over bluetooth

Bluetooth, wifi and ethernet are working

Navigation, HVAC and Dashboard apps are also working

Issues fixed: 

- manual rfkill unblock bluetooth is no longer need after boot to get bluetooth working

- SPEC-4285 - AVRCP support in mediaplayer is now available, displays metadata and can control playback

New issues:

- SPEC-4294 - mediaplayer/mpd crashes after the last track in the playlist
