I was able to build the changes you have added. When i started candump for can0 channel i was getting signals from 7DF.
My assumption is you have started "simple_can_simulator.py can0". i see python is not present in the AGL so i couldn't run it manually.
Can you please help with the steps for how to launch the demorecorder app. I am not able to see that app in the image.
