I'm not sure how to help you, if I build the agl-telematics-demo-platform
image on AGL master and drop in /etc/xdg/telematics-recorder.conf, it
works fine here.  If you're looking for signs that the recorder has
started, the process will be afbd-telematics-recorder if you look in the
output of ps or journalctl.
