Hi Wenlong,

I didn't build the weston-simple-egl from source code, but just used the one from the built image, and also tried the wgt attached in [1].

I tried to build simple-egl as you suggested, it works now. Thanks very much for your help.

May I ask which source code you used?
The simple-egl inside weston source doesn't not using windowmanager, or homescreen. Can not display it's surface.

The config.xml inside wgt contains appid and version, If you want change simple-egl to poi, you should change config.xml also.
Not just rename wgt file.

Here is a sample using simple-egl with homescreen, windowmanager.
