Yes, the latest docker images are broken and we're on the way to fix this (see [1] if needed) Meanwhile, using the image pointed by Geoffroy is a good solution. You can optionnaly run 'apt-get update && apt-get upgrade' inside the container to get up-to-date debian packages. If the container is used to build AGL images or install AGL SDKs, that won't make any difference.
