libafb-helpers dependency on QT ...

I need to revert:
https://gerrit.automotivelinux.org/gerrit/#/c/19225/

from meta-agl-profile-core.

The reason is the dependency to qt (cmake_qt5) of libafb-helpers.

We cannot have this dependency in meta-agl-profile-core.

Please either remove this dependency from the library or
splice the QT part into a separate package & recipe with
then goes into meta-agl-profile-graphical-qt5. 

For now I need to revert this dependency as it breaks the build.
