its was like this....i first put the FastTrack tx200 raid card joining two
(80+80 gig) hard disks, then installed win2k, while installation i saw one
hard disk of capacity 160 gig, i made many (like 20 gig,20
gig....10gig...)partitions and left 30 gig as it is unpartioned. once i am
done with win2k installation, i started redhat linux 7.3 installation, i
tried several options at the first screen display at boot: like linux dd,
linux noprobe....once entered it asks for driver disk, i used the driver
from promise websitefor linux 7.3. once that is done and it comes to
partition screen with three options 1)automatic 2) druid disk 3)manual and
below that it shows just one big partition of 160 gig and no w\indow
partitions...and when i exit from that state and reboot my machine...i can
still boot in windows..which is still there.....thats the
problem...eventhough win2k is installed and there..i still cannot see win2k
partitions while installing linux...linux shows only one big partition of
160 gig...i have tried several times and its same always..it never detects
win partitions but they are there...and i cannot move on further
installation....that will offcourse erase everything.

following the procedure mentioned in readme.txt i see whole HDD - 160 gig
inspite of partitioned 30 gig. i stopped installation further, because that
will erase perivious windows installation. how should i handle this
problem?.
