initrd failed: device is busy (RH7.3 and HPT370)

Hi,

after a view days trouble shooting my raid runs on rh7.3 and my abit
KG7-RAID.

But after installaion and replaceing the modified kernel i got an error
while booting the system.

umount /initrd failed: device is busy

have anyone a solution ?
