Hi

You are getting kernel panics with __alloc_pages and BAD EIP... Strange.
Something is probably wrong with your hardware, not disks. As a last
option, try installing latest RH7.3 or atleast with latest 2.4.19+latest
prepatch kernel. Also, make sure you are using the right version of
Promise Fastrack driver (ft.o) from promise website.
