It work fine, compile only fasttrak options in kernel, you don't need
compile ataraid. Disks found in system are hde,hdg (,hdi,etc..) (If you
make production server you don't want use slave disks...)

Don't do that. Promise don't boot if array is not definined. In further if
you need replace broken disk, correct way to do that is:
1. In promise bios, first delete array and make new mirror, but _don't_
clone disks!!! (linux raid-disks are not identical...)
2. After boot linux, you need partition new disk (hde/hdg) and add it to
linux sw-raid (raidhotadd)
(remember: promise use drives last two sectors so don't use them in
partitions!!)
