can't mount vfat partition (logical drive D:)

I can mount /dev/ataraid/d0p2 (vfat drive C:)
but /dev/ataraid/d0p5 failed with : 
wrong fstype, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/ataraid/d0p5, or too many 
mounted file systems

fdisk => P gives me

anyone know what the problem is?
i tried another kernel from 2.4.12 to 2.4.14-pre6
but the problem still exist
