libss7 - two linksets with different DPCs but the same CIC Number

The chan_ss7 configs are:

If it's a combined linkset in chan_ss7, then it would be a single linkset (just linkset = 1) in libss7.

Perhaps if you post the working chan_ss7 config it will help so we can see what you're trying to set up.
