Issue with Interconnect

Good morning

I have an issue on one of the links where I have the last 8 cics not
functioning.

Can anyone provide details on what may cause this? It works perfectly
fine on my other link.

I have had the provider also check all their termination equipment,
and that seems to not be the issue. the card has been replaced aswell.

Kind regards
