Is it possible to use ChanSpy and AMD in ARI?

No, ARI has no concept of applications. The closest you can do is sending a channel back out into the dialplan, having it execute an application, and then having it go back in your ARI application.

In the case of ChanSpy ARI provides the primitives required to implement ChanSpy.

There's a wiki page[1] which describes where AMI, ARI, and AGI sits in the scheme of things.
