I worked on XEmacs for a long time, but eventually, I gave up - it just got too hard and too lonely. The same here. However, note that `emacs-lucid` package is not XEmacs. It's the current Emacs with lucid toolkit, provided by GNU Emacs itself. I just found today that it's pretty praised in Emacs dev mailing list.
