You want more advanced notifications too? This seems like an overcomplication and a huge headache. "Maintainer won't respond", "Whoops, sorry, forgot to setup my notifications properly, that issue I wasn't subscribed to." PKGBUILDs aren't huge codebases with 1k+ issues, this is overkill.
