Re: gitlab ban cf tld and bugtracker migration to gitlab

Arch's GitLab instance would not recognize GitLab.org accounts, even if 
you've successfully signed up. If you check the Arch GitLab website, you 
can see a ticker on the top that tells you to 
email accountsupport@xxxxxxxxxxxxx .
