I removed the [testing] repository and downgraded to:

 libgl-7.5.1-2  intel-dri-7.5.1-2  xf86-video-intel-2.8.1-1

I also rebuilt kernel init with mkinitcpio -p kernel26

Now X just hangs. Here is the dmesg output with the downgraded packages. Let 
me know if you want me to go back to the [testing] packages. Thanks:
