You have to simulate what the browser would do.So "URL" or "hostname" must be http://the.url.you.never/told/us.here, OK? :)
Whoops, sorry got so caught up in my own stuff major apologies!! URL is http://zeta-ray.optiplex-networks.com/munin/ This is one of the systems I have .htaccess passwd files on.....
You could try Firefox and LiveHTTPHeaders add-on. http://www.mozilla-europe.org/de/firefox/ https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/3829
