The same way you do with non-SSL VHosts, only, you have to add SSL
specific directives:

NameVirtualHost *:443

<VirtualHost *:443>
	ServerName ...
	DocumentRoot ...
	..other directives as required
	...SSL-directives
</VirtualHost>

<VirtualHost *:443>
	...
</VirtualHost>

Usually, the default SSL configuration is already in one VirtualHost, so
just look how that is done and copy it changing the 'ServerName' bit.
