For following several lists, I have noticed that once in a while such a character pops up on each one of them. Their mental processes seem to be hard to follow, and often their language to express them too. Most often than not, it would be very hard for any normal boring person, to fake these things. Maybe we're missing out on some form of genie though.. Anyway, the best way to respond is usually to ignore them.
