Brian Mearns, I think there is something wrong in the IP address I am using. I asked my friend to ping the IP address I got from www.whatismyip.com, he couldn't get replys. Then I asked him to use www.whatismyip.com to get his IP and I used it to ping his machine, and I couldn't get any replys either. He is using Windows XP and I am using Windows 2000.
