Provided that trunk doesn't recognize 'disabled' unless it's a single argval, then DirectoryIndex disabled turns it off DirectoryIndex disabled nothere would serve disabled[.html] and then nothere[.html]. Can we also ensure it's only 'disabled' (vs 'disable' vs 'none) so there is only one special-pattern to work around?
