It's what he told it to do.  Read the prompts again on the installer, it
says install as a service for port 80 / all users, or install to run as
a console only for the current user on port 8080.

There should be no reason not to simply active the server.  Right after
installation it's trivial to change the listen port since the user had
another service on port 80.
