There is also a page on the wiki: http://wiki.apache.org/httpd/PrematureEndOfScriptHeaders which points onward to a slightly-more-modern debugging section in the cgi tutorial. But in any case, the original poster is using fastcgi judging from his previous posts. So those tutorials will be of limited use.
