My mistake - it's not the wiki:

[20:13] <niq> Premature end of script headers
[20:13] <fajita> 'Premature end of script headers' means that the
script either encountered an error, or is emitting a bogus HTTP header.
Check out
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/misc/FAQ.html#premature-script-headers or
see suexec or see ScriptLog or see 500 or see cg-eye (diagnostic tool)

(It's often worth asking fajita - the bot on #apache - about
error messages.  Unlike her human colleagues, she doesn't usually
groan when she sees a FAQ).
