httpd doesnt start

Hi,

I'm trying to run apache 2.2.4 with PHP 5.2.0 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4
but cant get httpd to start.

There were no problems installing either and I've made all the suggested
changes to the http.conf and php.ini files. libphp5.so and pgsql.so (I'm
running postgreSQL as well, but thats working fine) are in the modules
directory so everything should be fine to run but when i run apachectl
graceful i get the error:

httpd not running, tyring to start.

I had apache 2.0.52 and PHP 4.3.9 installed before hand and was trying to
update both. If I change the HTTPD value in apachctl to point to httpd for
PHP 4.3.9 it runs fine but uses apache 2.0.52 and PHP 4.3.9.

Any ideas?

Cheers,

James
