Can I use AddDefaultCharset on Apache 2.0?

Hi.

I want to use UTF-8 on Apache 2.0.59, and I configured 'httpd.conf' to use:

AddDefaultCharset utf-8
-----

I don't know if it's correct, since I'm still suffering some
special-chars problems (perhaps due to other issues).
