What i am seeing is this in the error_log of apache however it works
fine from the command line.

convert: Postscript delegate failed `ocrs/Court
Cases_1/ENV00001/ENV00001/newocr/tiff/ENV00001.pdf'.
sh: gs: command not found
convert: Postscript delegate failed `ocrs/Court
Cases_1/ENV00001/ENV00001/newocr/tiff/ENV00002.pdf'.
sh: gs: command not found
convert: Postscript delegate failed `ocrs/Court
Cases_1/ENV00001/ENV00001/newocr/tiff/ENV00003.pdf'.
convert: missing an image filename `document_20070104174246.pdf

Sorry i know it is jumbled up.  I am passing on your previous email to
my developers.
